Skills :

- On paper Assistant Manager for minimum 1 year

- Support to FICO related incidents in the area of Asset Accounting / Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Banking :

- Supporting Team in Finance Process Testing in different phases of projects and Incident monitoring and tracking

- Monitoring inter-phases

- Job Scheduling

- Incident Monitoring

- Tracking

- Business process Monitoring & testing experience

- Manage 15-20 people

- Whole process synchronizing, task is pre-production ( to ensure operation production)

- To be proactive Knowledge of business process / related to services (BPO)

- MBA Finance / Graduate in Commerce & SAP FI Certification will be an added advantage

- Knowledge of SAP FI functional support and End user support activities

- Incident Monitoring for Accounts process end user.
