Assistant Manager - SAP Control - KPO

We have an urgent opening with one of the leading consulting firm for SAP Control for Bangalore location.

The Candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in any of/ across the following domains:

- Control assurance and Risk Management

- IT SOX Risk assessments and Audits

- Compliance - Security Assessments

- IT Internal/External Audit engagements

- SSAE16/18, SOC 1/2/3 assessments

- Must have significant experience, in depth knowledge and expertise in atleast one of the SAP functional

Role and Responsibilities :

- An Assistant Manager would typically lead a team of 5-10 professionals and would be responsible for independently managing multiple client engagements to deliver SAP-ERP audits, Application Control assessments, IT SOX 404, SOC 1/2/3 assessments, risk assessment work.

- Would be responsible to develop, manage and showcase, the team's SAP-ERP capabilities in the right manner to be able to help achieve the business profitability, growth and quality goals for the team being led

- Would have to ensure that the team is well aware of any compliant with applicable risk management policies.

- Would play the role of a performance manager for a group of junior team members, and would be expected to mentor, coach and help them achieve their career goals and objectives, provide timely continuous feedback, and manage their performance through the year.
