Job Description :

1. Should participate in sales force capability meetings for all regions

2. Must identify training needs based on inputs from sales organization and local leadership

3. Give inputs on local training programs to global

4. To Develop other related training materials like guides etc

5. Constantly review content for training;

6. Partner with HR for conducting validation interviews and assessments
