Assistant Manager - Sales Support - MIS & Analytics - Insurance

Data Maintenance and communication :

- Effective written and oral communication skills to present and articulate data with sales oriented analysis

- Ability to identify potential improvement areas and do a deep diving on data for potential white spaces

- Should be able to effectively engage with cross functions for collaborations and interact with sales teams for prompt solutions

- Understand and update all necessary systems, trackers, details for seamless management at all times

- Regularly update and maintain the various trackers/reports/dashboards.

- Carry ownership for every MIS/Dashboards and close loops with multiple departments, functions, areas until it is resolved

- Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format using advanced macros and pivot tables.

- PowerPoint design skills to translate business strategy into professional presentations will be a value addition.

MIS Analysis :

- Database Mining, Adding and increasing the database.

- Data Collation and Management - Putting data as per structure and manage data as per pre-described formats.

- Analytic Reports and MIS - Create business intelligence reports to support sales, marketing, management and market information.

Requirements :

- MBA with 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales Support / MIS & Analytics in Insurance, Banking set up.

- Excellent in MS Excel (Office, Access, Word etc.)

- An Analytical Mind set with Problem-solving skills

- Excellent Communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Good communication and inter-personal skills
