Description:
The company is looking for a high-performing Field Sales Person to help meet customer acquisition, onboarding, and revenue growth targets with a strong orientation in digital and metric-driven analytical approach.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monthly target achievement in terms of the number of customers acquired and converted (Achieve new customer acquisition (Registration and Onboarding) target)
- Build and promote strong and lasting relationships with newly onboarded customers and connect them to appropriate sellers on the platform
- Market intelligence inputs for pricing and activation
- Enrich and maintain customer profiles and update status in CRM
- Work hand-in-hand with the customer success team for a smooth transition of clients for repeat sales with minimal dropouts.
- Assist customers through their credit application journey
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCE REQUIRED:
- Engineer/MBA from Tier 2 institute. Selective very strong candidates with relevant experience without MBA may also be considered.
- 1-3 years of Field Sales experience (customer acquisition & sales experience in B2B segment)
- Experience meeting customer needs, building customer relationships, and knack for closing sales
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and driven
- Language Skills: fluent in English and knowledge of the local language
Must have :
- Driving license (2-wheeler): candidate will be expected to have/hire a bike in the city of work
- Local language and familiarity with having worked in the respective main cities.
