Roles and Responsibilities: - Identifying new sales leads - Study the lead and have a customized sale pitch - Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers(Relationship Management) - Identify new markets and new customer needs, upsell and cross-sell other services as per customer business needs, Know the customer well and make a customized offering - In-depth analysis and Mapping of the prospective customer/client, to connect with the decision maker - Regular business meetings with prospective clients and follow-up. - Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events - Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's services and new offerings - Developing quotes and proposals - Regular training and upgradation on the subject matter and actively sharing industry case study's Self and team - Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met - Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays - Work closely with internal customer to get the delivery and service fulfilment - Data management: CRM, Sales Funnel & Sales Pipeline
