Job Description:
- Understand the Product and the TG buyers.
- Strategize accordingly to map the territory and tap the channel partners.
- Create a network of brokers/ICP's to gain traction on site leading to conversion.
- Suggest and devise schemes to accelerate sales.
- Create a strong network of micro market and Pan Mumbai /Outstation CP's.
- Revive relationships and connect with old CP's by meeting in person.
- Tap in and acquire CP's from new and prospective territories meeting in person.
- Calling in CP's for site orientation.
- Create comfort with CP's/ICP's / IPC's to generate leads and generate walk-ins. Strong connect and trust building to acquire lead and databases though Channel partners.
- Activate Channel partners to invite during a CP meet.
- Acquire market and competitor information, their differentiators on a regular basis.
- Collaborating with the CP's to priority sell our product by communicating offers, schemes, vouchers etc as approved by the management. Informing the CP's on timely basis regarding brokerage ladder.
- Coordinating with CP's / brokers for smooth flow for raising invoice. Coordination with CRM regarding timely brokerage disbursals.
