Asst Manager - Sales (Ship Building)

Experience : 7-10 years

- Technical background / experience will be preferred.

- Experience in Marine industry working with Indian Navy / Indian Coast Guard preferred.

Location : New Delhi

- Single point of contact for customer (related to Sales / pre-order activities).

- To achieve customer satisfaction by responding in minimum possible time.

- To adopt systematic & process oriented approach in day-to-day activities.

- Managing the quotation process and timely completion of all customer proposals.

- Preparation, Submission & Follow-up of Service & Spares offers to customers.

- Support customer queries related to offers / Service Jobs.

- Resolving customer issues in minimum possible time.

- Compiling & Maintaining technical database.

- Maintain records.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and grow relationship
