- Preparing modules for imparting sales training to the new joiners

- Designing & promoting photographer's profile & website with the help of Technology Team

- Collecting & analyzing feedback from various customers for developing new products

- After sale service and customer complain handling within the give SLA with the help of inside sale team and CRM team.

- Lead tracking and issue management tracking of inside sale team.

- Establishing contacts/Tie up with Local Photographers for their printing solutions

- Acquisition of New Photographers as well generating repeated business with existing photographers

- Heading Branch operations of the entire state

- Responsible for the P&L of the Bangalore

- Accountable for revenue generation

- Managing team of 10 Sales personnel
