- Formulating area sales plans in line with business objectives and growth targets
- Developing and consolidating the distributors and dealer network for growing the multi brand outlet business for client
- Selection of right distributors depending of product category, price points and brand ethos
- Margin negotiations with distributors
- Identifying new product opportunities, new doors, new areas of business in the region
- Tracking competition to keep abreast of new developments in the market
- Managing trade shows/sell ins for the area
- Providing regular feedback to the product team to ensure constant improvement of the product offering
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Sales experience in multi brand sales environment either in a fashion brand or FMCG
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work well with other departments within the company
