Job Description:
- The Assistant Manager will implement the organization's loyalty program strategy within a designated geography.
- Acting as a loyalty champion, the role involves scaling up the program according to agreed metrics and establishing a robust monthly reporting mechanism for internal stakeholders to ensure real-time updates and necessary course corrections.
Role and Responsibilities:
- New Member Registration - Carpenters and Contractors Onboarding:
- Facilitate onboarding of new members (carpenters and contractors) into the loyalty program.
Training and Participation in Onboarding Process:
- Support and train the sales team to drive enrollments effectively.
Regular Market Visits:
- Conduct meetings and educational sessions with dealers to generate references and leads.
Drive Activation and Member Engagement:
- Ensure enrolled members actively engage with the program within a specified timeframe.
Coordination with Sales Team:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance member engagement.
Management of Program Collaterals:
- Provide necessary program kits, user manuals, etc. , to facilitate member activation.
Designing and Managing Engagement Calendar:
- Execute engagement activities as per the designed calendar, including meetings and reward distributions.
Program Governance:
- Establish governance frameworks to oversee the smooth operation of the loyalty program.
- Build Relationships with Active Members:
- Address member issues promptly and prioritize member satisfaction.
Sales Team Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and support the sales team through platforms like WhatsApp, extracting and interpreting data to derive actionable insights.
Data Management and Compliance:
- Ensure data governance standards are upheld, adhering to GDPR regulations across all touchpoints.
Project Management:
- Manage projects to ensure timely delivery within allocated budgets.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales and marketing functions.
- Loyalty Management Tools: Familiarity with tools used for managing customer and influencer loyalty.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of aligning multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent proofreading and copywriting skills, meticulous attention to detail.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and apply a commercially minded approach.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to coordinate effectively across different business verticals.
- Travel: Willingness to undertake extensive travel as required by the role
