Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing - FMCG

The Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Sales Head in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. This position involves coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional sales support.

Responsibilities:

- Support Business Head in developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Business Development of overseas market

- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Develop and manage Marketing activities, Social Media strategies / activities, and other marketing related responsibilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience in sales or a related role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and the sales team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide the sales team towards success.

- Age- 33 years old and below
