Assistant Manager - HRBP Sales
- To design and formulate HR strategy basis the business plan of the Sales division.
- Organization design to support business growth.
- Implement talent management agenda and practices for business unit in line with established practices.
- Focused on developing people capability through Training, Development Center etc.
- Implement and manage compensation and reward & recognition programs effectively for the function.
- Creates manpower plans and execute hiring plan in partnership with Talent Acquisition team.
- Develop employee connect to proactively understand the issues, concerns of employees and take corrective action plan.
- Conducts exit interviews and takes corrective actions to strengthen retention.
