Assistant Manager - Sales - Home Automation

The prime responsibility of this position is to:

- Establish System Integrators for above mentioned businesses.

- Prepare offers based on Senior requirements.

- Forecast and meet monthly orders, sales, collection and profitability targets

- Generate market enquiries

- Engage with influencers and end customers

- Establish strategic alliances with large contractors

People management :

- Hire, train, motivate and evaluate Senior objectively on performance.

- Develop competencies within organization

- Do joint sales visits with Senior
