Assistant Manager - Sales - Consumer Durables

Job Role :

- Appointing distributors and sub dealer in the vacant area.

- Exploring and facilitating various options such as distributor/dealer openings, tier changes etc. to expand the overall sustainable sale potential in the assigned market

- Doing primary and driving secondary sales in the market. Visiting newly build project in the assigned area.

- Tracking market competition activity in the market such as new product launch,new dealer appointment, major orders won etc.Handling distributors sales person.

- Running secondary schemes in the market,launching new product in the market. Tapping untapped market in order to increase market share.

- Organizing retailers meet in order to give proper knowledge of newly launched product.

- Facilitating induction for the new sales/service executives in the team and helping them learn the policies and processes.

- Engaging with team to help them achieve their specific business objectives including their budgets and providing specific support as and when needed

Candidate requirement :

- MBA Full time preferred
