Asst. Sales Business Development Manager
- Administer & manage distributors business, sales, and performance.
- Identify new potential areas for expansion and accelerating its development.
- Acting as a guide, mentor, trainer to the sales force as well as the distributors and new leaders in the region.
- Plan, develop and implement business strategies for overall growth of the area allocated & the distributors in that area, with the objective of improving sales, fostering profit line, developing strong line of leaders and enabling business expansion.
- Design a training calendar for the distributors and sales force and accordingly ensure weekly
- Meetings & monthly workshops
- Oversee that the DBs are abiding by the company processes and procedures
