1. Total 10+ years in which 5+ years in Channel Sales
2. Drive distributors & Increasing customers
3. Support distributors to increase the Target
4. Should be strong in MIS reports, Forecasting
5. Develop distributor training calendar
6. Coordinate with Internal Stakeholders, Finance, Supply chain etc.
7. Leading & Planning
8. Work closely with Internal Team and increase sales
