BIG 4 hiring for Assistant Manager in RFP/ Proposal Writing (F&A Domain)

Responsibilities :

- Write and manage proposal support requests from onshore member firm

- Understand the onshore teams- requirements to work on proposals, RFI/RFP responses, client presentations, marketing collateral, etc.

- RFP Experience in F & A Domain.

- Bid Management.

- Ensure the documents meet quality standards and adhere to KPMG brand specification

- Research KPMG knowledge resources for content

- Update industrialized templates that can be leveraged for future proposals

- Manage proposal content repository

- Train and mentor new joiners in the team

- Strategic initiatives: Team level

- MS Word

- MS PowerPoint

- Secondary research skills

- Understanding of proposal life cycle
