Incentive Calculation and Settlement for Employees: - Clear understanding of Incentive Structure - Driving the automated calculation of Incentive for all employees category - Understanding of Contests Launched from time to time for employees - Acting as Checker for Incentive and Contest Calculation - Managing queries from employees for calculation and payment - Manage all channels for Incentive viz. Agency, TPD and DOT Agency RnR: - Clear understanding of Contests Launched from time to time by Agency and TPD for advisors and Distributors - Control over all the contests that are launched and ensuring correct eligibility calculation - Disbursal of Contest Benefits to advisors and Distributors - Ensuring correct calculation and Disbursal with no error - Managing agreed TAT for such disbursal - Designing effective communication channels for sharing eligibility and disbursal of contest benefits - Managing Queries from all stakeholders and timely response and closure Regulatory Compliances and Reporting: - Ensuring understanding of regulation impacting RnR payments and settlements - Compliance with the regulation and ensuring that the same is tracked on regular basis - Timely reporting to regulators with data pertaining to RnR to various channels Accounting and Reconciliation: - Ensuring timely book closure - Doing Necessary accounting entries for accrual. Actual results and payments of Incentive and RnR to respective beneficiaries - Reconciling the payment reject cases, balances due and ensuring no aged and long pending items Automation and IT Projects: - Driving the automation of incentive and RnR Calculation - Automated accounting and acccruals - Payment integration with banks wherever applicable
