Job Location : Noida What will be your key responsibilities? Support the marketing team with actionable data analytics and insights - Consistent tracking, analysis, visualization and reporting of Revenue, Channel, Customer KPIs in weekly and Monthly dashboards. - Analyse and report on effectiveness of marketing channels, campaigns and activations. - Deep dive analysis into marketing performance by marketing channel, campaigns, activations - Understanding of customer programs and present recommendations for improvement and testing - Build and maintain reporting dashboards ranging from high level executive summaries to in-depth metric specific analyses - Develop processes to output analytical analysis on a regular cadence to key stake holders Capability development : - Manage portfolio &amp; pipeline for self-serve analytics capabilities, and be a subject matter expert to guide business teams in using them - Work with Business, Product and Data engineering teams for continuous improvement of data accuracy through feedback and scoping on instrumentation quality and completeness A little bit about you: What do you need to have? - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related quantitative field - 2 to 4 years of experience in business data support/analytics (preferably in an ecommerce/ retail organisation) - Strong knowledge of MS Excel &amp; passion for working on data - Basic understanding of data manipulation tools like SQL, R, Python etc - Exposure to BI Platforms like Power BI, Tableau etc.
