Our client is one of the leading investment banking, financial services organisation looking to hire Assistant Manager for Retirement Services operations.
Role Description
- Manage delivery as per the service level agreements
- Ensure all operational reports are accurately produced and published on time
- Drive and maintain rigor around operations processes
- Build and maintain an excellent business relationship with the internal and external partners
- Effectively manage client priorities and escalations
- Assess training needs and build a development plan for associates on the team
- Conduct effective performance reviews and provide feedback
- Contribute towards hiring efforts of the team
Candidate Description :
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent people management skills with experience of managing teams of 15 - 20 associates
- Good knowledge in performance management practices
