We are currently hiring for a retail organisation for training profile.

Key Responsibilities

Functional;

- Training Calendar planning & process compliance with maximum coverage and adherence as per assigned budget

- Training Delivery- Induction/ Seasonal Product / Sales & Service as per the Global Standards and market requirement

- Monitoring and supporting the execution of Group Retail University Program/ Seasonal Product Training/ Service & KPIs training within all stores as needed

- Creating a culture of learning and continuous personal development in stores

- Plan and deliver Store Manager Training Program workshops and support the Store Manager Core Training Program, as needed

- Content designing, development and delivery to support local-specific product/concept marketing activations in partnership with the respective regional Store Operation managers

- Coach store teams in the proper execution of store level programs (e.g., RP, ARP and SIM Training Programs), as well as the Seasonal Training Program, ensuring best practice is followed in all stores

- Use qualitative and quantitative methods, as well as established tracking systems/tools to ensure training and development programs are consistently and effectively executed across all stores within the market

- Assist HR in ensuring progression and certifications along the SHINE Retail Field Career Ladder are effectively applied and executed within the local Market

- Lead and manage other local training projects as agreed with the Market Retail Director and/or the Store Operations Manager

- Identify and develop in-store trainers, driving the personal development of natural successors

- Collaborate with internal team and operations team to drive maximum output

- End-to-end ownership and program support to achieve team goals

Controlling;

- To measure progress on own KPIs

- To report to all superiors

- To monitor all reports

- To monitor and report on customers and competitors sell-through and activities, and propose/initiate/take actions

- To provide realistic plans

- % of Store & staff covered under training programs

- Mystery Shopping Audits
