Assistant Manager/Relationship Manager/AVP - Transactional Risk Insurance - LLB

General Summary:-

Work on transactional risk insurance within the PEMA team. The candidate should have experience of working on PE / M&A transactions and have conducted legal DD. The candidate will be required to analyse the representations and warranties contained in the draft SPA from an insurance perspective and to determine potential solution structures. Additionally, the candidate would need to negotiate the terms of the Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) policy on behalf of the clients such that we able to structure a W&I policy which mirrors the SPA as closely as possible.

Academic Background:

- LLB or equivalent

Work Experience:

- Preferably candidates from law firms.

Personality and skill sets

- Proven Leadership skills traits (in the present Job, community, school and college background of having active participation and leadership role in co-curricular activities).

- Relationship Management.

- Strong Communication / presentation skills.
