One of our leading investment banking clients in Gurugram is looking for Assistant Manager role with strong working experience in any kind of Regulatory / Legal entity / liquidity / external / capital market Reporting.

Designation Assistant Manager (Individual Contributor)

Location Gurugram

Qualification : CA / ICWA / MBA (Tier 1- or Tier -2)

Experience - 3-5 Years

Shift 7:30 AM 4:30 PM

- Experience Range 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, regulatory reporting including capital and liquidity

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in the use of Excel, Word and MS Access

Job Description -

- The role involves accounting, month end close, regulatory reporting for Asia including capital and liquidity reporting, and management reporting responsibilities

Responsibility :

- APAC controller analyst position includes, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

- Accountable for various day to day responsibilities of the Finance function including accounting processes and reporting, month-end close, audit closure, regulatory reporting for Asia entities, management reporting and variance analysis, local GAAP reporting, etc.

- Good general understanding of various key regulations, including Capital Adequacy Reporting. LCR, single-borrower limits etc.

- Submission of data to Regional reporting team for US GAAP consolidation

- Supporting in Systems Implementation

- Assist in implementing change management in the Finance area, through enhancements of reporting processes and structure, streamlining of reporting responsibilities between local and regional teams, and automation of regulatory reporting
