Job Role:

- Ensuring 100% customer focus and OTD

- Client Relationship management

- Manage Project Costs and Efficiencies

- Managing Team/ Resource Planning and Allocation

- Managing Diversity (People and Geography)

- Stake Holder Management/ Relationship

- Delivering the project on the RSSC platform

- Managing productivity leading to sustained Healthy GM

- Remote Team Management

- Travelling to client and vendor location

- Strategic planning and SLA adherence

- Required to display high level of Empathet and Mature

CTQs

- Experience: 6+ years

- Graduate or Above

- A min on 5 years of experience in hiring

- Basic reasoning - 4 on a scale of 1-5 (5 being the highest)

- Communication skills - 4 on a scale of 1-5 (5 being the highest)

- HR/BPO/KPO Background

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
