We are looking for a candidate to be based at our client office (Leading NBFC) in Worli for Recruitment purpose (RPO of Skillventory) Candidate would be based at client location for a period of 1 year, post which would be based at our Office. Role: - Sourcing right talent from a diverse portfolio - job portals, campuses, talent partners etc. and developing these channels to optimize their productivity - Manage and execute end to end recruitment within the stipulated aggressive timelines - Build the talent pipeline for the business to achieve the hiring targets within the standard timelines - Maintaining and developing candidate database and trackers. - Prepare reports on Recruitment updates for stakeholders Desired Skills &amp; Experience : - MBA in HR - Core Recruitment Experience, preferably for BFSI clients - Work Location: Worli Forum Shah Skillventory
