Job Description :
1. Managing the full recruitment cycle, Sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, compensation fitment, offer, reference checks and post offer candidate engagement.
2. Business management- interact with business heads, collaborate with hiring managers to design recruitment strategy, develop and execute recruitment, hiring process accordingly
3. Work on recruitment dashboards and analytics to drive effectiveness and efficiency in the recruitment process.
4. Focused to create pleasant candidate experience in entire recruitment process, right from sourcing till on boarding.
5. Will be responsible in Vendor Management, Lateral hiring.
6. Good expertise in social media hiring Strong track record in recruiting relevant and high quality candidates talent through various sources.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Should have 1- 8 years in Non - IT Recruitment,Talent Acquisition, Lateral hiring.
2. Should have experience in working in recruitment tools
3. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education : MBA/PGDM - HR (preferably)
