Assistant Manager - Recruitment - IT

Looking at a AM - HR profile.

- 5 to 7 years of experience with atleast 4 years in recruiting (someone who has worked on end to end recruiting using job sites and linkedin and has grown into a Lead-Recruiter).

- Preferably someone who understands SAP space.

- This is primarily for leading recruiting activities for India.

- Good with communication and someone who has done leadership hiring as well in the past.

- This will be a team manager role; reporting into me and would be based in Bangalore.

- This is 70% focus on recruiting and 30% on other HR functions - to grow as a second in line to the HR Manager
