Assistant Manager - Recruitment - Hospitality (3-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibility:
The HR Recruiter duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You'll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.
- Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
- Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and Naukri, Shine, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, Free Job portal and etc.
- Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
- Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Making interview schedule tracker. ( Excel report )
- Continue follow up of candidate.
- Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
- Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
