Job Role:
- Proactive head hunting, market mapping, Sourcing and extensive Networking/Relationship building.
- Periodical market analysis on competencies & compensation bands
- Extensive usage of LinkedIn and other social media platforms to source passive candidates from target communities.
- Timely analysis and reporting on Staffing Statistics to Staffing Head as well as to the Business.
- Benchmark new practices from Industry and Introduce new processes and practices to reduce dependency on Vendors
- Mentoring and capability building of team members
- Support the Resourcing Head in Leadership Hiring.
- Maintain and Update Leadership Reports on a real time basis and share with the respective stakeholders
- Participate in weekend and campus hiring drives.
- Ensure compliance of Sourcing Process
Academic Qualifications : MBA in Human Resources
Experience : 6-9 plus years of experience.
