- Responsible for career discussion, negotiating salaries, joining formalities and offers coordination
- Handling a Team of Recruiters : Team Management, Maintenance of Recruiters Performance, TAT Monitoring daily, weekly & monthly status reports of the recruitment team
- Ensure the implementation of an effective recruitment plan in line with the estimated manpower requirements across the division Ensuring cultural fitment of the prospective employee according to KPMG
- Understanding and ensuring maximum job fitment between employees and the job-role Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
- Prepare salary structures and do the salary negotiation.
