Assistant Manager - Quality - BPO

Have an urgent opening from one of our leading BPO client and they are looking for Asst Manager - Quality.

Experience Level : 5 to 10 Years

PF JD for your perusal :

- Should have worked in a domestic BPO managing Quality function for a large client successfully.

- Should have minimum of 4 years of Team Lead experience.

- Experience in a Technical support program is preferable

- Good communication, presentation, interaction and analytical skills are essential

- Should be a graduate and preferably a six sigma black belt certified candidate is required and also you can look at green belt certified candidates.
