The candidate should ideally be from Insurance background as the job will involve very close interaction with the stakeholders and the candidate should be energetic and possess excellent problem-solving skills. - Generate and distribute standard reports on schedule using Excel, and Qlikview and SRSS. - Collects and documents reporting / Dashboard requirements from requestors to ensure appropriate creation of reports and analyses. Uses peer-to-peer review process and end-user consultation to reduce report writing errors and rework. - Analyse data sets and trends for anomalies, outliers, trend changes, and opportunities. - Use the data to prepare regular and insightful descriptive analytics reports which should show the key trends - The candidate should be able to understand unstructured data and be able to prepare the data in structured format to deliver meaningful insights - Create forecasting models which can be used to advice the client for changes in their benefits. - Support the team in preparing the annual benchmarking report and manage the large amount of survey response data to analyse the responses - Demonstrate experience in Quantifying, Measuring and Analysing Financial and Utilization Metrics - Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to translate data into meaningful insights - Knowledge and understanding of Insurance analytics - Ability to create interactive models in MS Excel - Strong programming skills in Excel and VBA are a big plus
