- The Assurance services pursuit manager works closely with partners and other pursuit/sales professionals in the US, in support of priority competitive opportunities in the Audit & Assurance function. Work you'll do

- As an Assurance services pursuit manager, you will lead the proposal effort right from the pre-RFP discussions, through to coaching for the Orals and any follow-up meeting thereafter.

- Transform strategic thinking and win themes into persuasive messages and deliverables that differentiate, such as proposals, unsolicited written responses, and oral presentations.

- Manage the pursuit process, from orchestrating the development of deliverables to coordinating our teams' pursuit activities.

- Exhibit outstanding verbal skills in facilitating and distilling complex discussions; demonstrate a finely tuned ability to sift through a discussion, extracting the most significant information and action items.

- Write persuasively, including cover letters, executive summaries and other critical components of deliverables. Draw from a variety of sources, including information from research profiles, your own discussions with client service team members, debriefs from client meetings, and an understanding of the business offerings.

- Maintain and use proposal development software to generate baseline proposal documents, tailoring as appropriate.

- Contribute to developing Deloitte's pursuit team, including collaborating with other pursuit team members, continuously refining and improving pursuit strategies, and acting as a project-by-project liaison between our team and the broader organization.

- Work with graphic design professionals to develop creative and informational graphics; provide overall quality control for all pursuit materials; apply brand and legal compliance standards to proposals and presentations.

- Take the ownership of quality, maintain a quality checklist to ensure 100% quality on all documents.
