The role is based in Bangalore office, where the associate will collaborate closely with marketing and HR teams to create and execute effective strategies that will help further brand visibility in India. About the Role - We are seeking a creative story teller and communications strategist to share Brand's India's story internally and externally. - Build &amp; manage relations with key industry media, print, digital as well as electronic - Manage response to media inquiries and pitch proactive trend-based stories to national media - Assist in developing and implementing integrated internal and external corporate communication plans across the company to support functional and organizational goals - Identify an execute media and other external opportunities that help establish as a sports brand - Create and sustain interesting story ideas around athletes and influencers in India - Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for fashion and lifestyle PR - Responsible for media monitoring and reports including social and online channels and follow up results by measuring media impact of all PR activities - Identify relevant opportunities to position organization as an employer of choice in India - Manage day-to-day agency relationship Qualifications and Experience - 5 years of experience in PR and corporate communication roles either in a PR agency or retail companies - Excellent written and spoken English - Understanding of digital and social media tools - Action oriented with a strong focus on results - Be able to make strategic, prudent decisions (at times without full information), without leaning on agency support - Excellent networking skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - A graduate or post graduate degree in Communications or Journalism preferred
