Assistant Manager - Projects

- Reporting to Head - Projects & contributes/Assists for all necessary works required for a NSO Project cycle & existing stores O&M process as directed

- Inhouse designing and BOQ making Co-ordination with local AOR for Drawings & BOQs

- Co-ordination with international architect for Drawings

- Creating MAT Codes for new requirement

- Checking BOQs & preparation of NOA's

- Ensure all Technical details required by the Commercial team are provided.

- Validate the quantities for the rate analysis done by the Supplier.

- Follow-up with the EPC for early/timely closure of request raised.

- Co-ordination with vendor & Const Mgr on timely deliveries at site.

- Ensuring vendor invoices are checked & certified as directed by PM.

- Keep track of any existing store's O&M issues and support as directed.
