Responsibilities - Understanding project requirement from stakeholders via kick off calls. - Conducting primary and secondary research for collection of data. - Mine, format, analyze data and visualize information. - Managing project and deliverables on agreed SLAs. - Ensuring data accuracy and Quality assurance. - Improving process and achieving efficiencies via automation. - Working in an Agile team environment. - Managing projects - end to end life cycle. - Mentoring Data analysts and researchers. - Measuring and monitoring process metrics for improvement. - People management and team engagement.
