Assistant Manager - Production - Pharma Manufacturing Industry

Qualifications & Experience:

- MPharm/ Bpharm

- Relevant background in Pharma & manufacturing industry knowledge.

- 15 years' experience

Job :

- Responsible for overall production related activities in the manufacturing facility as per SOP and GMP.

- Responsible for overall production manufacturing & Packing activity.

- Improve efficiency of production by multi skilling of subordinates and upkeep equipment to maximize the utilization.

- Preparation of the department for internal / external agency audits and perform the compliance.

- Should have sound technical knowledge and hands-on experience in unit operation & critical processes.

- Should have worked at ground level in Operation excellence, TPM, Lean Management, Kaizen Etc.

- Responsible to execute all the Lean Practices on the floor along with the Team.
