Job responsibilities:

- To Support the market.i.e own sales team, for all technical & commercial information.

- Do Market Development, Market Penetration & Create product awareness by technical trainings to Sales and partners team.

- Educate the market about the advantages of Heat Pump concepts.

- During market visit, Convert market potential into sales for Heat Pumps.

- Provide support to colleagues from other branches & support them through Heat Pump.

- Support Sales Team to Win over the projects by providing any techno-commercial information on time.

- To conduct technical training for service persons to develop their skills to attend any complaints confidently.

- Preparing product comparison chart with competitor products and share it with sales & service team.

- Prepare & develop training material, technical/ troubleshooting guideline, instruction manual etc.

- To conduct technical training for our service persons to develop their skills to attend any complaints confidently.

- Attend customer complaints with the help of customer care team.

- Collect & analyze the market data/query for quality improvement.

- Resolve the market & customer product/process related query.

- Provide technical guidance to vendor for developing new products.
