Strategy and Product Development:
- Setting annual targets at product and regional levels and conducting monthly reviews
- Managing and developing channels (external) - pay-out design, profitability analysis and reviews
- Managing business from developer relations channel
- Reviewing product pricing based on policies and regulation and managing retention portfolio
- Identifying regional product trends in MIS and taking corrective measures where necessary
- Developing monthly Balance Score Cards for the Sales and Credit teams
- Carrying out productivity analysis across channels and initiating corrective action
Business Support Activities-
- Driving promotional activities- payout schemes and contest for channels in discussion with NSM and Business Head
- Designing monthly contest for Sales and Credit team and organizing out door felicitation event for the same.
- Creating periodic campaign calendars as required and delivering POP material for every new & existing product.
- Managing vendor payments and working with sales team to resolve issues on process and products
- Ensuring adherence of control groups for new marketing collateral and reviewing existing collaterals
