Job Responsibilities:
1. Deliver business profit target through efficient design and management of product construct, fees and charges
2. Research market trends, identify potential partners, categorize partners for collaboration / cobranding and implement approved projects
3. Preparing MIS reports to measure product performance in various customer segments, analyses and create strategies for growth.
4. Responsible for conducting market intelligence, research, competitor analysis and design products with unique propositions
5. Coordinate plan and prioritize across all business groups, technology, marketing, and other corporate groups to ensure optimization of the organization's product assets and market awareness
6. Design verticals to attract customers digitally and thus increase market share and enhance customer digital channel experience
7. Lead Digital transformation and integration with various platforms
Skills Required for the Job:
1. 2+ years' experience in building product and leading product launch
2. Should have excellent domain Knowledge of credit products
3. Highly analytical and data oriented.
4. Adroit at conflict resolution. Outstanding planning, resource, and stakeholder management skills
