Assistant Manager - Process Excellence
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Should have worked into an Individual contributor role in any central team
- Should have experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders & plan for implementations
- Should have good analytical skills to understand the problems & identify the Root cause of the problem
- Experience in shift planning based on the demand, Efficiency & other factors can be an added advantage.
- Exposure to PNL can be an added advantage
- Minimum 4 Years of experience in Last Mile delivery or Logistics
- Coordinates day-to-day execution of the process
- Identifying and implementing changes to the process
- Identifying exceptions and deviations, as well as management of these situations
- Communicating new and changed policies -Ensuring the standards and procedures are being followed
- Identifying and implementing process improvement
- Creating, analyzing and distributing process reports
- Act as focal point for process, communicate with external teams such as technology, product, regional teams, projects, training, HR, and management -Facilitate resolution of issues with items not complying with the process
- Following defined escalation path when needed, as defined in the escalation policy
- Notifying the participants in the process when standards and procedures are not being followed
- Performing day to day process administration
- Ensure completeness and integrity of information collected to conduct daily operations
- Establishment of measurements and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency
- Responsible for evaluating the performance of the process -Assists auditing of the process for compliance with documented procedures -Defines those parts of the Process Framework not defined by the Process Owner

- One should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, have the ability to quickly build effective relationships and carry peers & seniors along the way.
- One should be detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of handling multiple projects at once.
- One should take immense joy in working with a sense of personal accountability to deliver business goals.
- Effective time management skills required & data handling skills
MUST HAVES :
- Min 4+ years in the Last mile or logistics exp
- Must have designed end-to-end process and created efficient solutions
- Retail, FMCG, logistics, and e-commerce companies only
- Doing root cause analysis, working in the central team (avoid regional teams)
- Good comm skills
- 30 days notice period
- WFO in Pune
- Rotational shifts
