Assistant Manager/Process Analyst - CMMI

Job Location:- Mumbai

Requirements:

- Educational qualification - BE, MCA, MBA preferred.

- Certified CMMI Associate

- Six Sigma Green /Black Belt

- PMP Training or Certification

Responsibilities:

- Experience in process documentation, and process optimization improvement using CMMI model.

- Exposure to CMMI- for Services (SVC) implementation is necessary

- Good knowledge of statistical techniques and metrics is required including experience in high maturity practices implementation is preferred.

- Auditing /SQA skills

Candidate's responsibility is to be a Process Specialist and assist all workgroups/projects in implementing CMMI. These involves below responsibilities:

- Understand workgroup business and its objectives

- Implement processes using CMMI model

- Understand the challenges in the existing process and recommend changes

- Provide trainings on QMS and CMMI to workgroup/project teams

- Assist in preparation of documentation pertaining to CMMI workgroups and support groups activities

- Assist in High Maturity related activities pertaining to CMMI

- Assist in conducting meetings, preparation of MoM, relevant artefacts etc.

- Assist in conducting Audits, finding gaps and closure of gaps
