Prepaid Exp: 3 - 6 years (Preferred candidates retention in banking )
Postpaid Exp: 5 - 7 years in Marketing (Preferred candidates retention in credit cards)
CTC: 6 L - 8 L, Band H
Grade: AM
Role Purpose :
- Acquisition of good quality subscribers.
Key Responsibilities - Prepaid Acquisitions:
Maximizing Gross Adds:
- Working in close coordination with sales team to maximize the gross adds market share. Conceptualize and roll out of relevant acquisition products/product constructs and processes to achieve opportunity size defined
Quality of Acquisitions:
- Keeping close watch on quality of acquisitions. Tracking various quality parameters like Zero MoU, rotational churn etc by source and ensuring good quality of acquisition.
Sales Support :
- SIM supply to market through number management and provision new series & Maintain defined stock norms of Sims.
Market Workings:
- Frequent market workings for market information on competition.
New initiatives and projects:
- Initiating activities and projects like project phoenix for retail engagement and incremental revenues.
Key Responsibilities - Postpaid Acquisitions:
Maximizing Gross Adds:
- Working in close coordination with sales team to maximize the gross adds market share. Conceptualize and roll out of relevant acquisition products/product constructs and processes to achieve opportunity size defined
Quality of Acquisitions:
- Keeping close watch on quality of acquisitions. Tracking various quality parameters like Zero MoU, rotational churn etc by source and ensuring good quality of acquisition.
Sales Support:
- Manage high value numbers to support bulk acquisitions and deals. Timely approvals of ad hoc deals - supply the frontlines with communication support and SIMs in the market.
Market Workings:
- Regular market visits and competition overviews and analysis to arrive at some key
New initiatives and projects:
- Strategic ideas to further postpaid business prospect Initiate parallel projects enabling higher motivation levels in the front liners to sell better and arrive at processes to help achieve customer satisfaction when acquiring a postpaid connection. Create/ nurture reasons for buying a postpaid.
