Job Brief - Are you ready to embark on a journey where every transaction counts? As an AM in one of our esteemed client's POS & SAP Reconciliation teams, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of financial data.

- Working hand in hand with the accounting, finance, and merchant business teams, you'll dive into the heart of the POS transactions, ensuring accuracy and reliability at every step.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with accounting/finance and merchant business teams, as well as SAP experts, to meticulously track POS transactions.

- Perform daily reconciliation of merchant accounts, meticulously verifying each POS transaction.

- Utilize your experience in sales, customer, and vendor reconciliation to maintain the integrity of the financial records.

- Prepare and analyze merchant ageing reports, gaining insights crucial for informed decision-making.

- Create and manage merchant accounting transactions within our accounting software, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Identify and address any discrepancies in merchant reconciliation results, taking proactive steps to resolve issues promptly.

- Leverage your knowledge of the SAP system to streamline reconciliation processes.

Qualifications:

- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field demonstrates your foundation for success in this role.

- With 0 to 3+ years of experience, you'll bring fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to the team.

- Familiarity with e-money or banking environments, adds depth to your understanding.

- Knowledge of acquirer exchange processes is essential for navigating the intricacies of financial transactions. - Understanding the nuances between on-us and not-on-us transactions showcases your attention to detail.
