Assistant Manager - Plant HR/Operations - Manufacturing Plant

We have an urgent role with a leading FMCG Group at Gandhidham(Kutch, Gujarat)

Role :

AM-HR

Reports to (position): Plant HR Head

Location: Gandhidham, Kutch, Gujarat

Role Purpose Statement:

Over all responsible for Contract Labor Management, Time Office, Statutory Compliances, General Administration.

Main Accountabilities:

- Contract Labor Management

- Monthly Payroll inputs

- Time office Management

- Canteen Management

- Procurement of Office Items (Stationery, Gift Items, Housekeeping Material, etc.)

- Ensuring contract Labour Compliance & its bill processing

- Coordinating for BGSMS & Non statutory audits

- Employee welfare (Uniform, Annual Medical checkup, Mediclaim process)

- General administration (Travel & Stay arrangement, Pickup drop, Locker facility, etc.)

- Staff Vehicle management

- OHC Management

Supporting Accountabilities:

- Recruitment; Pre & Post joining process

- Employee Engagement

- Learning & Development

Knowledge and Technical Competencies:

- Time Office Module, SAP (Procurement to Pay Process)

- Ms. Office

- Labor Laws

- Training Process

- Recruitment & Exit (Employee Life Cycle)

Education/Experience

- MBA - HR, having 5 to 8 Years of Experience in Manufacturing Plant is mandatory

- MNC Organization, Handled 500+ Contract Labor

- Preferred Industry - Automobile, Food, Pharma
