- Talent Acquisition : Ensuring effective manpower planning and providing right person for the right job on time. recruitment short listing the resumes, arrangement of interviews selection of candidates - offer letter joining formalities - induction & training Tracks staff movement, attrition and vacancies and ensures vacancies are filled within stipulated time using the most effective and cost efficient

- Talent Development

- Performance Mgt. System : Directs and monitors the conduct of performance appraisal as per set schedules, provides technical guidance to appraisers, oversees proper documentation and timely decision making of related decisions

- Manage complete Employee Life cycle : Responsible for managing complete life cycle of an employee and taking care of Recruitment, performance Management, Trainings, Retentions, Exit interview, F&F settlement. Continuous learning and up-gradation of own abilities and skills. Coaching, motivating and developing team members to build high performance HR team and unit.
