Position : Assistant Manager - Plant Generalist

Educational Qualification :

- Post Graduation in HR with 60% and above from institutes of TISS, MDI, XLRI, SCMHRD, SIBM, XISS, XIMB, LIBA & MSSW (2015 and senior batches)

Age Criteria : 30 years and below.

Job Profile :

- Employee Relations (ER) Strategy implementation and monitoring.

- ER systems and processes review, design and implementation at all the units.

- ER systems and processes audit at the unit.

- Develop alternate approaches to wages & welfare structuring for unionized employees aligned to business requirements.

- Conduct Surveys & Benchmark

- Budget, manage and review non-management costs.

- To assist the units on all the ER related Legal Issues.

- To anchor the Long Term Ag. & non-Management Welfare Management.
