Assistant Manager - Plant Accounting - Building Material Industry - MBA / CMA / CA
JOB SUMMARY:
The position will be responsible to :-
- Benchmark the plant costs across location/products/manufacturing lines
- Drive the cost reduction initiatives at functional level
- Internal Controls Compliance.
- Network with Purchase team in spearheading the purchasing cost optimization
- Understand the key drivers of the cost elements and working closely with Plant operations team exploring various cost reduction projects
- Budgeting, Monthly reporting, Projections to Head Office on the costing, variances and discussing the same with department heads
Candidate Requirement :-
- Only Female Candidates preferred in this role
- MBA Finance / CA / CMA
- Minimum of 2 + years of experience required
- Plant / Factory side exposure preferred
