Job Description:

- Planning and organizing production schedules

- Following SOP and maintain quality standards.

- Overseeing production processes

- Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.

- Liaise with other department to formulate objectives and understand requirements.

- Supervise and motivate performance of production personnel (supervisors, quality inspectors, workers etc.)

- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)

- Ensure output meets quality standards.

- Estimating production cost

- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.

- Enforce health and safety precautions.

Report to upper management

Candidate Requirement:

Preferred Industry: Processed Food/Pet Food

Experience - 5-7 years

Qualification - BVSc/MVSc or Production Degree

Candidate must be ready to work at the meat plant. Take the confirmation on mail.

Candidate must be ready to work to relocate Unnao or currently based in Unnao.
